Marsha has been an associate pastor at Salisbury since May 2008. She leads our Group Life and Benevolence programs, helping believers develop a healthy internal and external focus. 

She believes the church must have an external focus, but she knows that can only be developed through the strength of a strong internal focus. 

She has found that our internal focus is best fostered in a small group setting, where we build relationships and connect with people who we can count on. She tries to show God's love in practical ways and pushes the church outside the walls of the building.

• She and her husband, Fred, have a blended family of five boys and eight grandchildren.
• Having a heart for people, she received a Masters with a concentration in family services.
• She enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
