Rich joined the Salisbury staff late summer of 2010. He brings with him many years of experience in administration, finance and human resources from both the business world and ministry service. Areas that he oversees includes finance, personnel, facility and most operations of the church. Rich likes to read, spend time with his family and loves watching God unfold His plan in our lives. His spiritual gifts include administration, teaching and leadership.

• He has worked in the aerospace and light-rail industries and has served in the U.S. Navy.
• He and his wife, Carrie, have three kids: Zachary, Jacob and Erin.
• He traveled abroad for the military and business, but enjoyed his trip to Israel the most.
• He and Carrie love to serve and helped plant three churches and served as missionaries.
• He loves to eat sushi.
